Full-time employees are eligible for a full medical benefits package, dental benefits, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO), with an optional Flexible Spending Account for health and childcare. All employees may participate in the Inn’s Simple IRA matched retirement plan. Part-time employees are eligible for sick pay.  ($1.00/hour differential pay for verified bi-lingual (Spanish or Warm Springs Language) skills.)

Program Support and Case Manager (Bend)

Are you a detail oriented, motivated, self-starter, who works well in a situation with minimal supervision? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced, fluid work environment where you have the opportunity to flex your problem solving skills on a daily basis? Program Manager (Bend)

Bethlehem Inn is seeking a high-energy, mission-driven Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Next Steps and Families First programs in Bend. This is a pivotal role for a professional who excels at balancing firm accountability with deep compassion, ensuring our shelter remains a safe, stable environment for residents to transition toward self-sufficiency.

Executive Assistant (Bend)

Bethlehem Inn is seeking a highly organized, detail oriented Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director and administrative operations of our mission-driven emergency shelter.

This role is central to ensuring the smooth functioning of financial, administrative, compliance, and board-related processes across the organization. The Executive Assistant manages a wide range of responsibilities from bookkeeping and payroll oversight to grant tracking, board packet preparation, HR compliance, and risk management. This position requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, community-centered environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable handling both strategic coordination and detailed administrative work. Experience with nonprofit financial systems (including QuickBooks), payroll processes, compliance reporting, and executive-level support is strongly preferred.
