Full-time employees are eligible for a full medical benefits package, dental benefits, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO), with an optional Flexible Spending Account for health and childcare. All employees may participate in the Inn’s Simple IRA matched retirement plan. Part-time employees are eligible for sick pay. ($1.00/hour differential pay for verified bi-lingual (Spanish or Warm Springs Language) skills.)

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for storytelling, building relationships, and driving meaningful change? As our Director of Development, you’ll spearhead innovative fundraising strategies, cultivate impactful donor relationships, and inspire community support for Bethlehem Inn’s mission. Collaborating with our Executive Director, Board of Directors, and a dedicated Development team, you’ll oversee a thriving fund development program that includes major gifts, corporate partnerships, planned giving, and special events. Program Support and Case Manager
Are you a detail oriented, motivated, self-starter, who works well in a situation with minimal supervision? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced, fluid work environment where you have the opportunity to flex your problem solving skills on a daily basis? Can you remain calm and collected in stressful situations in order to make decisions that will maintain the safety and security of the facility, staff, residents, and volunteers? This position is key in preserving the safe operation of the Bethlehem Inn while ensuring that our residents have access to the shelter and services they so greatly need and deserve.
Kitchen Support
Do you thrive in a fast-paced work environment? Are you able to multitask and take pride in cleanliness and organization? Do you like working with others to successfully create and deliver hot, delicious meals? This position is responsible for the smooth operation of Bethlehem Inn’s commercial kitchen; is aware of inventory and maximizes the use of what is on hand. Trains and works alongside other staff and volunteers before, during, and after mealtimes. Knowledgeable and follows Oregon Health Dept. Food Handling Guidelines to ensure that all food items are properly handled.
